Their street tacos are the best! I had chicken and my dad had al pastor. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean. We found an open parking spot by the door. I will be back and recommend it to my friends

Booze was poured heavily. Chips, salsa, and queso- delicious. We had a wide selection of menu choices represented at our table and they were all tasty! We will be back the next time we come into town!

My husband and I, on a whim, decided to go out for dinner, a rare treat for us. We haven't lived in Mora long, so we were just driving around checking out potential restaurants. Right on the highway this colorful building caught our eye. We didn't get an opportunity to celebrate Cinco de Mayo on the west side this year, so we decided that this local business was a perfect fit for that Cinco weekend, and we were right! It was outstanding AUTHENTIC Mexican. I haven't had Mexican food this good since 1997, no joke! Also, my husband might be one of the pickiest people on the planet and he also loved it! Very reasonable prices, fast, exceptional service, colorful atmosphere, we highly recommend Chapala. We will definitely be dining there again in the near future! Thanks Chapala, you're on point!

Amazing place. They're beginners with English, but they do their best. Food was awesome, atmosphere was excellent. My family loved it. I recommend saving room for the fried ice cream.

This lovely little Mexican restaurant is the newest edition to the Mora, MN food scene!. The inside is charming decorated in a traditional Mexican style with warm and bright colors! It is cheerful and welcoming!! Cristina is one of the staff working at this little gem and she is AMAZING! She always seems to have a smile on her face and a sparkle in her eye as she is taking and delivering orders!! Such a delightful person!! The food is OUTSTANDING!! So many delicious Mexican dishes from which to choose! They even have a vegetarian section to the menu with veggie fajitas that shouldn't be missed. If you are looking for a charming dining experience with amazing food, please check out Chapala!! I'm sure it will become a favorite!! Don't forget a margarita and a yummy dessert!!

We had a great dinner. Loved my food the hubby’s was great too. Loved the look of the place! Loved the art work. And the bathroom was warmest bathroom, LOVED that. The drink was delicious. Our waitress was sweet as can be.
